Be interested where you got that info from... reverb is a much more complex beast than a delay.

If there was a way, Kahel would certainly have figured it out!

:D

I've actually figured out a great & cheap way to get yourself a "DIY" reverb:

Buy a Behringer DR100 for $25
Put it in a 1590 box
Paint it in a cool way

Done!

Reverb is composed of many, many different delays occurring simultaneously and mixed together with each delay having a slightly different delay time. It's like a mixture of reflections. If you've ever been in a concrete, underground parking garage and clapped your hands real hard or yelled, you can hear this pretty clearly. When you think about all of this you can really see why you can't mod a delay to be a full-fledged reverb. The BYOC delay, however, can get some real nice room ambience effects that I've heard some of the folks here compare to a slight reverb. I like it for that myself as well.

those effects are so crappy. they sound decent though.

i bought a chorus... it broke but it still works, now its just a pitch vibrato. kinda cool, and sometimes it goes back to being a chorus.

you know its bad when it does wierd junk like that.

but for < 20 what do you expect.
