Build Your Own Clone Message Board

I´m about to attempt my first non kit build. I´m not shure what kind of capactors I should use for C1 anf C5. I´ve heard that the stock ones are some lo-fi ones that does it makes sound smoother and not as harsh as it would with some other kind with same values. I´ve read of people using silver micas and tantalum caps. Anyone have any experience building this or another Meathead? do you know what caps to best duplicate the sound of the original?
