Got a new 414ce for christmas 8) Selling my 114e to help pay for it, here's the Reverb listing- https://reverb.com/item/17976766-taylor ... ation=true

I did upgrade the bone nut and saddle, which were installed by Taylor employees. Throwing in a brand new suede Taylor strap, a pack of Elixiers, and a pack of accuwound 12s. I also was gifted a few ebony truss rod covers, so I threw one on. I can include an ebony pickguard as well, if the purchaser would like to swap it out.

Asking 500$ obo shipped here on BYOC.

I'm not generally a fan of Taylor guitars (no offense intended!), but man, I love the look of that one with no cutaway! And the back is gorgeous. What do you mean by prototype?

If you look in the soundhole it just says proto instead of 114e like it normally would.
My new guitar is a unique 414 prototype, something they built once and decided not to put into production. Totally scored with that one.

Nice!! I'd be tempted if not for the fact that I'm still doing penance with the wife for the Martin HD-28 I bought a couple of years back! But GLWTS, as they say! Should move quickly at that price and with those upgrades.

And the reason we haven't seen pics of this new one yet is...???

He doesn't live in Hawaii anymore Jeff

Sweet guitar. Looks just like my 214e.
