First, I am so glad that you guys are here offering to help. Thank you

1. My Li´l comp acts like it is dead, except from a loud hum from the amps speaker when turned on. The answers below should be sufficient.
2-5 See pics.
6. True bypass is working.
7. LED is not working.
8. Nothing happens when in on-position except an audible hum occurs. No audible difference when turning any of the 3 pot:s.
9. Adapter: T-rex Fuel Tank Cameleon. 9 V.

Actions taken:
Everything on the PCB is reflowed. Checked that the soldering on footswitch/jackwiring looks and works correct.
All pieces have been double-checked having the right value, soldered to the right place and with the correct polarity (when necessary).
I have tried making sure that no shorts are occuring on the PCB, due to blobby soldering.
Measured voltage at +/- IN and it was 3.70 V
Tried the pedal without enclosure to make sure no pressure related shorts were there

Question: There are two resistors extremely close to the two diods, making a short there. Should it be so?

Thank you! /Mikael

Check your power input, looks swapped to me, but could be the angle of the photo.

confirmed - your DC voltage polarity is swapped at the connections from the jack to the board

Thank you very much, guys! THAT was the solution. It is working. Now I can get that sweet sustain I was looking for.

Off to build a Li´l Mouse.
