Hello all,

Finally getting around to finishing up a Ping Pong Delay I bought a while back. I have a quick question, though. In Step 3 of the 'Populating' section of the instructions, it says to omit the .01 uf cap near the top of the board completely.

Should these holes then be jumpered, or just left open?
