Just gonna throw this out there...

I once received a mis-assembled jack in one of my kits. IIRC, it had two sleeve contacts instead of one for the sleeve and one for the tip.

Check the inside of your jack(s) to make sure you don't have 2 sleeve or 2 tip contacts.

Please take voltage readings of the individual pins of the two op amps and the reverb module

You have a problem with the second half of one of your op amps. I'm not sure which one yet, but that doesn't really matter at this point since your biggest problem right now is with your input jack.

Have you done a continuity test on your jack to make sure it is functioning properly. Do you need help with how to do that?

Hi! yes please! I know that I need to put mi multimeter in the correct setting for that. I have been testing the circuit. But I don´t know how to test for the jack!
Thank you!

Can you post a pic to the dial/face of your meter, or link to a pic of your same meter? That way I can tell you exactly how to set your specific meter rather than just a generalization.

Damn! After reading about the partially inserted cable, I meant to ask you if perhaps you were mistakenly using a stereo cable! Shoulda done it right then, because I forgot about it shortly thereafter...
