I just recently finished building the echo royal. Everything works absolutely perfect but my tap tempo always comes out faster than what I tapped. Thanks for the help guys!

More detail: the flashing LED for the delay is not synched up with the real delay at all and is much slower than the actual repeats that are occuring. The tap tempo works great and the LED is completely synched up with my tapping, but the repeats itself are not in synch with the flash of the LED or my tapping. Thanks!
