Hello, this is my second build, so forgive me if I just don't know what I'm talking about

This is a Silver Pony Rev. 2.0 board. The contacts for the 1N4148 diodes are touching each other. Did I get a bad board, or is it supposed to be like that? Wanted to ask here before I start soldering everything.

Totally normal arrangement for clipping diodes. What's happening in the circuit is that they are being chained together as if in a line. You're good to go! Enjoy that pedal, it's awesome.

1) ^ This. Doesn't matter if eyelets touch if the components in question are supposed to be connected in the circuit. Which these diodes are. See blow-up of the relevant section of the circuit schematic below.
