Built this thing awhile ago and it stopped making sound on me! I have some photos and a video. The light comes on and I have sound when on bypass. It makes a squealing sound when I press on Tc76605. Also tried uploading the video and it would let me..

1) Do you have access to a multimeter and know how to use one?

2) I'd rewire that rough looking footswitch just as a matter of precaution, even if it's not part of the problem:

I'd start by getting pin voltages on each of the three IC's. Report them here. Be aware that some of the voltages should be negative. The pin numbering is as shown in the image below:

Definitely keep doing what duhvoodooman is suggesting; he'll get you sorted out.

I'm also curious to hear how you are powering the pedal. If a power supply, what kind?

The charge pump voltages look spot-on, but both op amps are way out of whack. Check THIS POST for what the IC voltages should look like. It's for a Silver Pony II, but it's the same basic overdrive circuit. Just ignore the boost IC values, since the old Silver Pony doesn't have that feature.

I'd suggest that you pull both op amps out of their sockets, take a set of voltages on the socket pins, and report those values here.

When you say charge pumps what are you referring to? What pins are connected the charge pumps?

The charge pump is the 7660S IC. That one is working fine.
