Photos above. Pedal will power with 9v and power adapter. LED comes on with switch engaged. Will pass signal from guitar when off, no sound when pedal is on. Tested outside of enclosure with 9v and power adapter. No change.

EDIT TO ADD: My dumbass noticed I missed a couple of caps. Added those, same result. Was really hoping a just had a minor attack of the dumbass....

You've left out two 100n caps, both of which are in the main signal path. No caps, no output:

Yeah, I just edited my previous post where I caught that myself, but I'm still getting no signal...

Well, the caps had to be installed, so that's still progress!

Do you have a multimeter and know how to measure DC voltage with it?

EDIT! SOLVED! It was a major dumbass attack. After futzing with it and testing outside the enclosure was getting the input/output backwards. IT WAS HOWEVER the omission of the caps that got me. Thank you all for your patience!!!!!

Ah, yes, something we've all done at one time or another! It's always seemed to me that if you run a dirty guitar tone backwards through an overdrive circuit, it should come out the input jack clean, but it doesn't seem to work that way!

Glad to hear it's working for you now.
