Tone pot not working on Classic OD

Hey all, back again lol. This time I built the classic overdrive and am having trouble with the tone pot. It has zero effect on the sound. Everything else seems to work as it should. Bypass, LED, Volume and Gain pots etc.. I went through and checked all my solder joints and reflowed some just in case and that didn't help.
any suggestions?
I also checked the modded caps and resistors and all seem to be in their respective places.

Are you sure you have a W20k pot in there for the tone?

I believe it's B25k that shipped with the Kit. I can double check when I get home later

Check your values and reflow this section. Make sure you are using a 220r and not a 220k.

you nailed it! Thank you! I don't think I would've caught that. I inadvertently put the 22k for the clean mod in the 220 spot :oops:

working perfectly now
