Hey BYOC peeps.
I built a GP today and it’s works fine-ish. When I turn the drive up above 11 o’clock I get a squelch sound that changes with the tone toggle, clipping toggle and the drive pot. I did the FET mod with the build, thinking of undoing it to start but would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

Does it happen on battery and power adapter the same? Let's get some of those tasty build pics while we're at it.

Image I was working on that. Tried to do it from my cell phone and had no luck. Sorry fr the delay. I was using a 1Spot power supply with just this pedal and an amp.

I have the transistor out for the picture. Normally it would be in but because I used sockets on the transistor I had to bend the legs for it to fit in the enclosure. Therefore, it covers up the resistors.

I figured it out. I took the pedal back apart. The gain pot must've slipped before I soldered it. Was touching the prongs of the op amp socket. Totall durpped that one. Sorry for wasting y'all's time. BUT...I learned something to look for so it wasn't in vain. Cheers!
