Hello, I am just trying to confirm pedal chain order. When I look at the schematic it shows loop 8 next to the preset and loop LEDs.

However the enclosure shows those loops closest to the preset and loop LEDs as loop 1 (so going in the other order).

Which is the right order of loops looking at the unit from the top?

As with most guitar effects, order defies Western convention and goes from right to left. Looking from the top of the unit, they go in order from right to left. Farthest right is the input and buffered input jacks and loop 1 is next to that. Fartherst left is the output and DC adapter jack and loop 8 is next to that.
