Hi guys, one quick shameless plug.. I have a new album coming out, exactly six years to the day of my last one! (April 2nd, 2019)

This one is an EP, and it features a couple of very cool powerpop guests, namely:
Mike Viola (Candy Butchers, The Major Labels, the guy who wrote/sang the single from the Tom Hanks movie 'That Thing You Do')
Roger Joseph Manning Jr (Jellyfish, Beck, Imperial Drag, TV Eyes, Moog Cookbook)

I'll be sure and share a track once it comes out.. right now it's going through mixing/mastering, but the tracks I've gotten back so far are sounding really fantastic!

Pedals- yeah I used a few, all DIY. Mostly a dirt or two, a compressor, maybe my BYOC tremolo and an echoplex preamp boost.
Oh and hey, there's a vacuum tube and a transistor on the cover art!

Awesome! He wrote or co-wrote a lot of the songs from one of my favorite movies! Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story!

Yup, good catch! He also wrote or co-wrote the songs in Get Him To The Greek.

A know a guy named Benji Hughes who wrote a song or two from Walk Hard. He is worth checking out, has some out there stuff.

ps- I'm aware of Benji Hughes, but I need to do a deep dive on his music very soon!
