I got a buddy's Marshall VS100RH and the wires from the jack going to the board are screwed. Actually the eyelets on the PCB board are screwed from too many bad repairs so I need to solder the jack directly to another component that has a solid connection. Here is the schematic...

Can I connect the tip to R51 and the sleeve to R50 directly?

Yep.

If you can get a continuity reading from the screwed eyelets on the board to R50 and R51, I would do that first to verify that is what is actually happening (in case the schematic is lying). Or if you can see the traces, just use them to verify where the signal should be going.

The sleeve should go to signal ground, so you should be able to use any nearby ground point for that one.
