Cranking out at least one a month these days.

I certainly hope so.

This thing has some of my best work in it.

Sounds amazing Scooter! And I am the mystery owner of #4. I’ve had a couple 800’s over the years, and it seems they always either needed work, or they didn’t sound quite like the last one. I don’t have the time or patience these days to dabble in amp building, so when I saw Scooter was building these, I immediately started saving dough. I know this one will damn sure sound good and be built right.

It’s gonna be a long week waiting for FedEx :)

Thank you, sir! I appreciate your confidence in my work. It means a great deal to me.

Not to fear - it will be in your hands before you know it...

Sorry, for the delayed reply - we had the grandson over this weekend :)

This beast arrived on Thursday and after unpacking and spending 30-45 minutes with it, I sent Scooter an email with two words - holy shit! This is the perfect JCM800 clone. It’s a bit of a cliche, but this was the “tone in my head”.

Seriously if any of you are in the market, you should consider one of these. Yeah, they are a bit pricy, but when you think about what you’d pay for a boutique handwired amp (many of which aren’t actually “hand wired”), or what it costs to restore a vintage 800, it really isn’t.

I'm so glad you are pleased with it.

I'm very grateful for your confidence. I know it's a big investment, but it should pay dividends in tonal gratification over the years.

Enjoy!!
