Completed the crown jewel overdrive build. Built it with a germanium boost module. I also added the dry/ drive signal board. This has been the largest part count kit that I have built. Only problem I encountered was breaking the plastic off of one of the pin connecters for the boost module. This was due to my clumsiness. Luckily, I got it replaced with out causing further damage. One of the things that helped make this a trouble free build for me was taking the time to organize all electronic parts by groups, before I started working on the PCB.

Thanks for the kind replies. As with all byoc pcbs that I have worked on, the crown jewel pcb boards were a breeze to solder on. I really enjoyed putting the kit together.

Some how I dont remember how it happened or when it happened, but Ive just been playing baritones. Its like they just showed up last year and never left  Im happy to report they sound epic through the crown jewel. Jag baritone custom tuned to b and a Jazzmaster squier baritone tuned to a through a tweed deluxe.
