I'm playing it through a Hot Rod Deluxe with a '68 reissue CIJ Strat. It has more chimey high end than I expected on the high strings, but I'm comparing it to a Boss Blues Driver ( I don't own the marshal blues breaker). It sounds good, though. It's a good alternative to the other drive pedal.

Yup, that's a nice pair of ODs. Enjoy!

Looks good!

Is it harder to build the mini pedals?

It isn't really harder to build the mini as far as mounting the components, but the wiring is a bit more cramped, closer lugs mean more care is needed to keep from burning a wire next to the one you are soldering.

I see. Also, that device holding the PCB looks like it would come in handy!

Dang those spaces are tight! I can't even imagine how the PCB fits in there with all the hardware. Nice designing BYOC. Also, great build!

Wiring management is important in getting everything stuffed into that little enclosure. Couple of ideas are explained in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52513

Nice. Good write-up. I did end up ordering a li'l Beaver op-amp and a li'l Beaver NYC. But, I actually am planning on putting them both in one enclosure with a foot switch for each and another to switch their order in the signal path.

I don't think I could get my fingers in those little cases hehe.
