 Post subject: Capacitor Question

When sourcing capacitors is there a 'rule of thumb' for deciding on the type to get (box or film) when the values cross over? For instance you can get a 10nF in a box or film package.

The box capacitors I use are film capacitors.

It's just a different way of packaging them.
