 Post subject: Purple Peaker question

This might be a dumb question...

I'm planning on building a Purple Peaker from the Tonepad board. If possible, I'd like to add an LED for both the high and low switch.

1) Is there anything more to it than just adding the LED and pull down resistor between the switch and the board?

2) Would the LEDs change the circuit's sound much?
