It's
very possible, and the only thing you'd need to do is to change wire connections on the two footswitches. I don't have a diagram for it, but I put together a post showing how to do exactly the same thing with the old BYOC Overdrive 2 kit, which also had both a boost and an overdrive circuit, with the boost following the OD. The post shows you how to "hardwire" the boost in front of the OD, but also includes a way to make the effect order switchable, using a 3PDT toggle switch (though a 3PDT footswitch could also be used if you don't find foregoing a battery in the SPII).
