Hey Y'alls

That fat 470uf is power filtering. Can I get away with 220uf there? Don't have a 35v 470uf or close.

I don’t know exactly, but with a 24v power supply, wouldn’t it get hot or be noisy? I suppose you could do 2 of them in parallel.

Bwahahahah. I tried that, now the enclosure is full of holes and houses a testing rig from JMK. I don’t give up lightly, and just could t get it to work at all.

Ruh Roh... Was it the 470uf that didn't make the cut? I ordered 12mm instead of the 15mm more standard size.

Nope, couldn’t fit the jacks anywhere. That PCB is an closure full.
