Alright,

This is my second DIY project, so it's not working 100%, there seems to be something wrong with one of the transistors, it seems to be damaged, since the connections are right ( I double checked them a bunch of times), when I have one of the switches on a certain position the sound is unbelievably fat and without any sustain, just really bad. Can you guys just let me know what you think? The mod is a Ge/Si switcher and a Bias 10k pot. plus no sound comes out of it when in bypass mode (tuned off).

It's very difficult for me to make out anything from your pics. I'd strongly suggest removing the ge/si switch that is giving your trouble and testing it that way. Then you will know for certain if it is a transistor.

O, I made that mistake! Whenever u make a switch the two things switching should NEVER TOUCH EVER with that kind of switch. Follow this diagram assuming the caps are transistors
